pages for iOS- how to resize a text box and shapes manually

i have added text boxes to my sheet. however i can only get close to the sizes that i want, which wouldn't be noticable to anyone else but i would like for them to be exact.

example: i want 1inchx4inch. but holding the box and adjusting the size i can get 1.02x3.98, .99x4.01, etc

i know it still looks the same as those sizes are extremely close, however if there was a way t adjust by inputting the desired sizes i would prefer to do so.
